چکیده

Abstract Breast milk is a very nutritional food that helps with the production of good microbiota in gut an infant. Generally, two lactic acid bacteria (LAB), namely Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium , are related to infant microbiota. LAB often used as probiotic agent, but some conditions required for every bacterium be utilized this purpose. This study aimed investigate bile salt tolerance criterion agent antibiotic sensitivity isolated from feces healthy breastfed newborn baby. The sample was obtained aforementioned subject (baby). result showed total colony 10.2 x 10 8 CFU/mL. In acidic condition at pH 3, there one isolate had 100% viability first hour period, all them tolerance. However, test indicated resistance 6 types antibiotics Erythromycin 5 µg, Gentamicin Oxacillin Ofloxacin Amoxycillin 25 Cefotaxime 30 µg. baby have potency probiotic.
